What Should Be Noted When Injection Molding PEEK?

1. Temperature Check: Ensure that the injection molding machine can reach a temperature of 400°C and the mold can reach 230°C.

2. Material Selection: Choose appropriate flowing PEEK raw materials based on the product structure.

  1). PEEK3600G: High fluidity, suitable for thin-walled products.

  2). PEEK5600G: Medium fluidity, suitable for standard products.

  3). PEEK7600G: Low fluidity, suitable for products requiring high toughness, such as screws.

What is the Chemical Solvent Resistance of JUNDE PEEK?

JUNDE PEEK has excellent chemical resistance, often referred to as corrosion resistance. The high benzene ring content in its structure allows it to withstand most chemical agents, such as gasoline, kerosene, lubricants, formic acid, acetic acid, hydrochloric acid, caustic soda, and hydrogen peroxide. It does not tolerate strong oxidizing acids like concentrated sulfuric acid, concentrated nitric acid, aqua regia, and chlorine.

· Melting Point: Around 343°C (662°F).

· Operating Temperature: Some grades can operate up to 250°C (482°F).

· Thermal Stability: Highly resistant to thermal degradation and attacks from organic and aqueous environments.
